At Mustaween Store, we strive to provide quality products and a good shopping experience to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Request Time

Customers must request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If the return request is not made within this time period, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.

To request a return, the customer must contact our support team through WhatsApp and provide:

• Order details

• Product name

• Clear pictures of the product

2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Any tampering, misuse, or damage caused by the customer will make the product ineligible for return.

3. Damaged or Used Products

If the product is found to be damaged, used, altered, or mishandled by the customer after delivery, we will not accept the return request and no refund will be issued.

4. Delivery & Return Shipping Charges

All delivery charges and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable.

5. Inspection of Returned Product

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the item to confirm that it meets our return policy conditions. If the product qualifies, the refund process will be initiated.

6. Refund Process

Once the return is approved and the product is received by us, the refund will be processed through the same payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable time.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Products will not be eligible for return or refund in the following cases:

• Return request made after 24 hours of delivery

• Product damaged or used by the customer

• Product returned without proper packaging

• Customer refuses to pay return shipping charges
